headteacher

The school is shared with a masjid and opened in 1999 and was unable to register for many years as it was not in a fit state to do so and there was nothing in place.  The headteacher took up the position late 2004 and immediately started getting things organized, he implemented many systems as well as setting up a Management Structure with an Executive Management Committee, Board of Governors and a Senior Management Team.  The school was registered the following year in 2005.  The exam results have also gradually improved over the years since the headteacher joined and the fruits of hard work are now showing with a jump in GCSE A*-C results from 47% in Summer 2008 to 77% in Summer 2009.
